Her professional experience includes, but is not limited to, supporting clients facing depression, trauma, parenting challenges, grief/pregnancy loss, assertiveness, self-esteem, self-worth, life transitions, career issues, and bullying.
Wendy’s experience as a school counsellor gives her insight to the unique challenges teens encounter. As a mother who has navigated her daughter’s health challenges, she has deep empathy for those dealing with illness, trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress.
Wendy employs a holistic, solution-focused approach to therapy, tailoring her methods to meet each individual’s unique needs and emphasizing the connection between physical and mental health to promote healing through the mind, body, and soul.
She integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, narrative therapy, and Positive Psychology, CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics) in her work.

About Wendy
Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Monash University and is also a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach.
Originally from the UK, she has lived in Singapore for 18 years and Sydney before that. Her diverse background includes two decades of running her own international business and working in London’s corporate sector.
As a result Wendy brings to her practice valuable insights into the challenges and complexities encountered in the business world and in navigating career challenges.
Wendy has moved home internationally multiple times since the age of eight, giving her a real insight into many of the unique challenges faced by the expat community.
As a mother of two, Wendy has recently navigated her teenage daughter’s severe health challenges. This experience has equipped her with deep empathy and understanding, enabling her to support clients facing various challenges such as illness, grief, trauma, miscarriage, depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
