You can reschedule an appointment by arrangement with your therapist. Rearranging appointments is subject to both the therapist’s and room availability. Please contact your therapist directly to reschedule an appointment and they will always try to help you where possible.

Please note that appointments that are moved with less than 24 hours notice, and are not able to be held within the same week, will be treated as a cancellation.

There is no charge for cancelling an appointment with more than 24 hours notice. Please send an email to your therapist to let them know that you need to cancel.

The full session fee is payable where cancellations are sent with less than 24 hours notice.

For sessions held online at Temple Street or Eng Hoon Street:

You will receive a digital invoice on the day of your appointment containing links to pay via credit card and our UEN for payment via PayNow.

For sessions held at Orchard Road:

Please make payment at the reception counter after your session. Payment can be made via NETs, GrabPay, PayNow, bank transfer and in cash. An invoice/receipt will be sent to you following your session.

Payment for your first session is due 48 hours in advance to ensure the session/room booking remains confirmed. 

Please settle all further payments at the end of the session. Payments are due on the day of treatment.
