Connect Counselling and Psychotherapy offers quality supervision of the conduct of psychotherapy and counselling for professionals and interns. Whether you are an experienced professional or a beginning counsellor, we have a customised approach just for you.
Specifically, we are skilled in applying the psychodynamic and relational approach in clinical guidance. You will be exposed to the use of object relations and the latest approaches used in relational psychotherapy.
In addition, we also apply Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to further enhance your learning and skills.
Sessions are available online or in person at Dr Lim’s premises in Tiong Bahru, Singapore.
